Deadlift/Bench tomorrow. It was supposed to be today, but I'm getting my AC repaired and they were originally supposed to show up at 8AM, but they keep pushing it back. I'm meeting with my potential oly coach on Tuesday and maybe oly'ing with fortryllende on Friday.

I don't fit in normal jeans either. That said don't expect to see me in tetris themed spandex anytime soon... Nice having a good oly log around, probably one of the more misunderstood disciplines so it's neat to see some badass training go by. You have some kickass lifts too, nice job there.

Food was... a bunch of triscits, some cream cheese, a few pickle chips, a couple shots of vodka, a strawberry margarita, half a long island iced tea, tamales, rice & beans. My lady friend invited me to her house to lounge around in her pool and we ended up getting schnockered in the sun. Then went to dinner later that night. I just rolled against the wall on a lacrosse ball and literally went cross eyed in pain, especially in my left lower back area. Does that mean I'm doing it wrong or right? I also have like two or three dates this week so I will probably get Very Fat.

My low back is.. not nearly as sore as I expected from yesterday. Neither are my arms. I kind of want to work out today, but I have that oly thing tomorrow so I don't know if he's going to have me throw weight around or not. I did not oly today because gently caress spending 4.5 hours on a bus to train for 1 hour. I will continue my search in my actual city or just go to Cal Strength and oly with Fortryllende because its the same exact time spent on a bus and the coaches are super dreamy Here's what happens when you deadlift too hard ![]() I finally caved and got my grey circuit boards. I don't know why I ever fought the urge to buy them because they are magnificent ![]() And then I went to the mall, blacked out, and woke up walking out of a store with these ![]() Squat/drop snatch day tomorrow in my sweet hello kitty liftin' shoes.

I'm paranoid about hurting my knees anyways, not worth it. Except out of nowhere, I start getting stabbing pains in the left side of my chest when I unracked 95. Maybe its just a fluke ?! Nope, I could barely do my 50lb incline bench without feeling like I was being stabbed in the heart. So I just called it quits. My chest still hurts. Why is my body doing this to me???
