Nice having a good oly log around, probably one of the more misunderstood disciplines so it's neat to see some badass training go by. You have some kickass lifts too, nice job there.

These are all superior to my log.

After a stint of not being able to sleep for an eternity, I'm finally back on track with sleeping at night again. So I will be cycling to the gym here in a little bit. Part of me wants to go for a 225x5 deadlift, the other part of me doesn't want to be absolutely gassed on Tuesday. I don't think this oly coach is going to work out since its a 2 1/2 hour bus ride. I could literally train at cal strength for the same price and time spent on a bus.

So yeah, gonna eat two eggs, some pb, some coffee and go to the gym. I quit with the hard cut because it was making me a loopy, emotional mess. I, at least, want to get in a ton of drop snatching today.

This is just me playing catch up. Usually I have my main lift and four accessories related to the lift then hypers & leg raises every day, but I didn't lift on Wednesday so I just threw it in today. Also, the buses only run once an hour so I was just killing time since I missed my first bus. Then I realized I didn't have my bus pass or any change so I had to bike home. Tomorrow is going to be hell.

Food was... a bunch of triscits, some cream cheese, a few pickle chips, a couple shots of vodka, a strawberry margarita, half a long island iced tea, tamales, rice & beans. My lady friend invited me to her house to lounge around in her pool and we ended up getting schnockered in the sun. Then went to dinner later that night. I just rolled against the wall on a lacrosse ball and literally went cross eyed in pain, especially in my left lower back area. Does that mean I'm doing it wrong or right?

I also have like two or three dates this week so I will probably get Very Fat.

My low back is.. not nearly as sore as I expected from yesterday. Neither are my arms. I kind of want to work out today, but I have that oly thing tomorrow so I don't know if he's going to have me throw weight around or not. I might go get a massage tomorrow too.

I biked a couple miles and didn't log it. Ended up leaving class early because I was falling asleep during lecture. Calories are on track for once at 1282. With 110g of carbs. I can't wait to go grocery shopping for meat and cheese tomorrow.

I did not oly today because gently caress spending 4.5 hours on a bus to train for 1 hour. I will continue my search in my actual city or just go to Cal Strength and oly with Fortryllende because its the same exact time spent on a bus and the coaches are super dreamy

I was so excited for squat day out of nowhere my right knee felt like it was on fire when I unracked 155. gently caress it, we'll just do bench day! I'm paranoid about hurting my knees anyways, not worth it. Except out of nowhere, I start getting stabbing pains in the left side of my chest when I unracked 95. Maybe its just a fluke ?! Nope, I could barely do my 50lb incline bench without feeling like I was being stabbed in the heart. So I just called it quits.

My chest still hurts. Why is my body doing this to me???
