Might as well put it out there. User Name - Is this really necessary since it's over there on the left? Anyway it's Kai Tave, which also happens to be my actual name. Contact Info Forum PMs are easiest. City/State/Country Longview Washington area. Do you have a group now (if so, how many do you have/do you need)? Well, sort of. I don't have a personal game group to call my own, but on Tuesday evenings there's a regular board game meetup at the Dangerous Gentlemen game store in Longview, and while there's a solid if small-ish core group of players that meet there regularly I'm always happy to have more people onboard. What are you willing to play Due to time constraints imposed by my current job I'm not really able to commit to any sort of face-to-face roleplaying with any regularity, so what I'm looking for are people into board games (beyond the Monopoly/Munchkin level) and I'm also extremely interested in making contact with more people to play the X-Wing miniatures game with as the local group is sporadic at best and I really want to push more plastic spaceships around. I own a number of board games myself including Kemet, Argent: the Consortium, Tash-Kalar, and Dark Moon to give you an idea of the sorts of things I find fun. I also own Imperial Assault but haven't really brought it to the table yet because I want to be sure I can curate a regular group given the nature of the persistent campaign (same with Risk: Legacy). I also have enough Star Wars: Armada ships to field a Rebel fleet though I have to admit my interest in Armada isn't as high as my interest in X-Wing. I'm also always willing and interested to learn new board and card games (as long as we're not talking things like Exploding Kittens) and if you have enough figures to loan out I'd be more than happy to try my hand at some tabletop wargaming, despite having no real interest in the painting and modeling side of things. I also at least know how to play Magic: the Gathering though I haven't really kept up with it for over a decade now and don't own any decks of my own. As mentioned my work schedule is consistently irregular. I can usually make Tuesday game nights but I don't always have every weekend free, though I do have some of them free, and during that time I'm usually interested in getting together with someone to do stuff if I can.

CST for basically everyone that wants to play games who doesn't live in the anus of the midwest current group: nobody in my town plays board games even though i want them to interest: short games, one-offs, basically if you want to play a game that won't require more than two or three sessions of investment then I'm available basically every day after 3 except for Tue-Thur i'm available after 5. no late night sessions past midnight, has to be done before then. I have zero experience actually playing most tabletop role--playing-heavy games but i'm super interested in them so one-shots of fun campaigns would be awesome, otherwise I'm open for anything that involves card, dice, and tables normally. I own Tabletop Simulator so that is easily open.
