I remember a part in Superior Spiderman with DP ripping on Doc Ock in front of Doc Ock/Spiderman. Also the whole GN that those panels came from was great for DP and spiderman.

Doesn't mean they don't still butt heads, but I don't remember him ignoring Odin's wishes outright.
