This is going to be really dumb and I'm dumb but it bothers the poo poo outta me that PAYLD1 is numbered yet the escort isn't so surely that suggests there is more than one PAYLD? I doubt it even matters but it's just bugging me. Spent the last couple of hours looking at the 3233 stuff and I'm more clueless than when I started.

well, for what it's worth, put 3233 in morse code and you get SISS.wikipedia posted:The Special Subcommittee to Investigate the Administration of the Internal Security Act and Other Internal Security Laws, 1951–77, more commonly known as the Senate Internal Security Subcommittee (SISS) and sometimes the McCarran Committee, was authorized under S. 366, approved December 21, 1950, to study and investigate (1) the administration, operation, and enforcement of the Internal Security Act of 1950 (Pub.L. 81-831, also known as the McCarran Act) and other laws relating to espionage, sabotage, and the protection of the internal security of the United States and (2) the extent, nature, and effects of subversive activities in the United States "including, but not limited to, espionage, sabotage, and infiltration of persons who are or may be under the domination of the foreign government or organization controlling the world Communist movement or any movement seeking to overthrow the Government of the United States by force and violence." The resolution also authorized the subcommittee to subpoena witnesses and require the production of documents. Because of the nature of its investigations, the subcommittee is considered by some to be the Senate equivalent to the older House Un-American Activities Committee (HUAC). Officially abolished in the 70s? I don' think so! Most likely unintended coincidence. OR IS IT?

If they're smart, they'll have it setup so that you find a PAYLD3 and then you spend the rest of your days looking for the nonexistent PAYLD2.

Any goon following this who lives in Minnesota, please join the IRC. We might have another drop location but due to the messyness of the lake oswego drop, we want to coordinate in IRC. edit: IRC poster chronomex solved the 3233 code.

A couple of us confirmed Chronomex's solution, it is not a hoax/troll. Very easy to check when you know how, complete pain in the arse when you have to brute force it like Chronomex did.

I am simply providing a lead and any new information about the source. Twilio might have resold it to a "whatever crazy ideas and theories are out there about this" (I still need to play catchup on this matter) Twilio is a "reseller" of sorts. They basically let you TTS and other stuff, and provide APIs for voice services. Phone numbers are internal to their system, so the number could have been picked up a day ago and you won't get anything, because they are just registered to twilio and targets/endpoints are "proxied" by them anyways
