He'll finally get a ring!

Sign-ups ended on November 25th.

It's getting to be that time of the year again. Days are getting shorter, holiday decorations are coming out, and the NHL started. Yes, it's almost the Christmas season. That means random people from the internet sending you weird sports-related gifts!

This will be the thread for sign-ups and discussion. Here are the basic rules:

* As long as you registered here before September 30, 2011, you are perfectly eligible to participate, if you are in the US or elsewhere. If you are newer than this, but still wish to participate, get a hold of me via Twitter or IRC or whatever.
* The basic spending limit is $20. Feel free to go over or under that at your discretion. Remember, it's the thought that counts. Use the $20 limit as a guideline, not an absolute.
* Sign-ups ended on November 25th.

Do not post your address in this thread. Only post that you're interested in here. This is so I can verify everyone who is signed up.

Once you do this, everything will be good to go. People will be matched up with one another and within a couple days of the final sign-up deadline, everyone will be matched up with one another.

Have fun with this! Happy Holidays!

e: The address field is one big line, it will be fine. Also, use the Special things box if you want to only ship international, and I will flag your entry. Thanks for the suggestions.

e^2: Sign-ups ended on November 25th.

Cool! It was also pointed out that I overwrote the email address field, so if you and frot lesnar can get that to me, I'll add to the sheet!

Thanks!

There is no future. There is no past. Do you see? Time is simultaneous, an intricately structured jewel that humans insist on viewing one edge at a time, when the whole design is visible in every facet.

I enjoy doing this thing and would like to do it again

The Philadelphia Eagles are merely a series of booms and busts; the long run trend of the franchise is positive.

But the long run is a misleading guide to professional football. In the long run we are all dead.

I've never done this. Is it basically what it sounds like? Buy a gift for a SAS friend related to their favorite team? Does it need to be super creative? I'm worried I won't be able to find something awesome enough for people I don't know that well. I don't wanna be the lovely guy during secret santa.

That's exactly right. You'd be surprised what you can find on the internet related to sports teams. Some people do a gimmick gift and a serious gift, some people make things (like that awesome poster above), and some people just buy really awesome things like the incredible bat I got last year. It's really fun!
