Fergus Mac Roich posted:Steam Guard should be replaced or supplemented with an SMS verification code. It may suck to forget your email address(can't actually imagine that happening) but you shouldn't trust passwords with hundreds of dollars in games. I use two factor authentication on gmail, so a _little_ more than a password.

Kin posted:I've finally got around to playing Anno 2070 but the campaign is stumping me a lot. I'm on the second stage of the second chapter and i'm following the instructions, building the things it's telling me to build and then wham, i'm just out of money. Aren't energy drinks used by tech people? The three different kinds of houses you can build (tech, green, and the other one) pay different amounts of taxes. Tech brings in the least, then green, then the polluters. So I found you should only build tech later on, and focus on either green or the industrialists. And even when you do start building tech houses, just build enough to get the stuff you want. They basically cost more than they bring in.

Wax Dynasty posted:I bought this bundle as well, but I've noticed that unless it's one of their specific Greenlight Bundles, you don't necessarily get a Steam code for games that get added to Steam later on. For example, I bought a Groupees bundle that had Postal 2 in it before it reached Steam, but they never added code for it when it did. The current bundle is still worth it for $5, but I just wanted to let people know that Groupees doesn't hand out codes like Indie Royale or Humble Bundle. In the case of Postal 2, you got a Desura key. Through Desura's request key page, you can get a Steam key. It was a while ago I don't remember the exact steps to find the page, but some quick googling says you should go to https://secura.desura.com/cart/cdkeys. This Desura -> Steam thing obviously isn't always going to work, but since it does for Postal 2, they didn't add additional keys on Groupees directly.

Can't go wrong with a nice Dinner Date on your birthday. Maybe Sleeping Dogs or one of the Dead Space games. Whatever you fancy, birthday
