From my limited knowledge, it doesn't sound like either candidate will be that good for Venezuela.

I've seen articles saying "the other guy" wants to make Venezuela more like Brazil, which kinda made me cringe as Brazil doesn't seem to be a very good example of a socially mobile society or one concerned about combating poverty and inequality.

On the other hand... Chavez.

If Chavez loses, at least, will that allow new blood to flow into Venezuela's socialist party?
