It's not - you can't validate a map for MP if it has AI elements or vehicles in it.

Note that's without AA too. It's a nice looking game, but I'm not sure it should be this intensive. Hopefully it's like the Hitman benchmark, which isn't particularly indicative of in-game FPS.
