My point was that it was a stupid thing to do. I'm not a fan of kimi for his "dont care" attitude, and in fact you picked the wrong person to make that point with because if theres one person that knows to do only exactly what it takes to finish high, and not dumb risks, its kimi. There are faster drivers than vettel to support if out and out speed is what turns you on.

Well no, but they did make the wildly popular HRToons last year. Shame McLaren had to go and steal their ideas.

According to MTV3 (who may or may not be making it up to increase page views), Heikki is negotiating with Lotus again and might still have a chance of taking Grosjean's seat next year, although Grosjean keeping the drive is still the most likely scenario.

Hell, my point was that you might be starting even before that point. It might be cheaper to buy HRT than to pay the deposit the FIA forces on new teams, but you'd still be stuck with an atrocious car and basically no usable facilities.

Well you only have to go back to 2005 and people (retards) were making GBS threads on Kimi for driving too hard and helping grenade the engines.

I think this goes back to 2004, when after 3 DNF's in 3 races, Kimi pushed the gas while his engine was grenading, resulting in a fantastic explosion in the middle of the race.

People got all butthurt that Mercedes wouldn't be able to reverse-engineer the problem.

Kimi's my favourite driver, but Brundle is right, a more diligent driver wouldn't have made the same mistake.
