Grand Theft Auto 5 is actually the only real big game coming out in 2013 so far. Gears of War Judgment looks stupid as heck. Watch Dogs looks great but I suspect it is a next-gen game, I'd be surprised if it came out on current consoles (it wasn't announced for any at the time).

I think it makes more sales sense to make them next-gen exclusive, a new console is going to need some killer games to shift units. Edit: Of course they could do the whole 'HD' thing again, e.g. re-release Skyrim for next-gen with a hi res texture pack. I really hope they don't go down this road but I wouldn't put it past them. Not really to be honest. I can kinda see it as a new trend though for the first year or so, but not beyond that. But it has happened with other consoles, to be fair though they were within the same generation. Like N64/PSX ports, the N64 version had better graphics, and that often happened with PS2/Xbox games.

Gun came out on all platforms at the same time, PS2, Xbox, and 360, but I wouldn't say that the 360 version was enhanced, in any way. Gun was pretty fun though. I don't think there were huge differences, but they were certainly pretty and I think the 360 versions of the Tomb Raider titles ran at 60 fps. They were also awesome.

EDIT: Though I'm starting to suspect the issue is that the silenced pistol and silenced SMG are the two shittiest weapons in the entire game, and that early-game should involve a lot more buying of non-free weapons and charging in with guns blazing, and much less sneaking. I think you've explored a tiny, tiny portion of the map, and if you hit up more of the radio towers, you unlock more of the surrounding area, which means you can see more wildlife (for crafting) and get more free weapons.

Amped 3 was king before there was a current-gen SSX. Now a new master's in town  Honestly, of all the consoles out, the 360 probably has the fewest major exclusives (especially if you also game on PC).

I would argue that they are better quality titles though. Don't get me wrong, the PS3 had some excellent exclusives, but they also shoved out a lot of crap too, and some disappointing sequels. Microsoft has been pretty consistent with the quality of their exclusives. Only exception being on the Kinect side which no one cares about anyways.

Yeah, I meant just look at the Resistance and Killzone games. I'm sorry, but their online experience does not come close to what Gears and Halo gives you. Forza has turned out to be a much higher quality and more fun car racing game than Gran Turismo. And they've released 4 Forzas this generation while Sony only made one. (Not counting the PSP and the prologue poo poo) Most people seem to prefer the Xbox regarding online stuff, even if you do have to pay 40-60 a year for it. It's just a much smoother experience regarding chats and friends and the like.
