Hello, I am Something Awful forums user Pointsman, and this is my 2013 log. Weight: ~176 lb Nationality: ![]() Fitocracy: Pointsman I started training in late December 2011. I'd been sedentary my whole life up until that point. This is what happened: BW: 136 lb -> 176 lb Squat: 95 -> 410 Front Squat: idk -> 155 kg/342 lb Deadlift: 95 -> 405 OHP: 55 -> 150 Bench: 95 -> 185 My body did this: Jan. 16, 2012, weight ~140-142: look at that smug, tiny bastard ![]() ![]() -> Dec. 22, 2012, weight 176: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() in true TFLC tradition here is the current state of my donk as well: ![]() ![]() My current program is training 7x a week, back squatting or front squatting every session, with more back-centric lifts 3x a week and pressing 3x a week as well. I'm currently experimenting with just doing a ton of pull-up volume everyday. I'm toxxless, but here are my 2013 goals. They're pretty lofty, but I think they're achievable. 1. Squat 3x BW, high bar olympic 2. Front Squat 2.5xBW 3. >1xBW strict overhead press 4. Weigh 163-ish 5. Compete in a powerlifting meet in 2013. Gym is closed today, so I'm gonna try to do 140 pull-ups also maybe some hanging leg raises, my back is pretty tired so we'll see.

Squatting 410 at 5'5 is basically the same as squatting 250 at 6'2 (coincidentally my height and squat)
