The 360 attempt was a near thing. I think I just spaced out and lost tightness on the 315 failure.

Sets of 5 do not give me the brutal low back pump I get from sets of 10.

My hip flexors are pretty sore from squatting.

Used hook grip on deadlift. Squished my thumbs a bit, but otherwise it felt much better than mixed grip.
