In regard to unit frames, same as what above person said, CTMod, its what I use, there are a few other mods with the same functionality but you get a tiny ToT frame similar to the official one Bliz added in later patches, I like CTMod cause you get a fullsize ToT frame. Swing timer, there is an addon called attackbar, it's not pretty, but it works.
