my penas and butt![]() Most of you know me around here, I had a log but I failed my toxx, then it was getting kinda long after I came back toxxless. Now I have a Toxx! It is: 1RM Squat 225 in 2013. Considering I will be losing a lot of weight this year it won't be that easy! My current 1rm was 205 in late November. I hurt my back in December but my numbers are getting back up very quick. Fitocracy: Susical (come prop me) Here is me in 2010 around my lowest weight ever. My BF% was around 19-20. It would be cool to get back there this year, I think I would look pretty jacked now that I'm way stronger. I do not think this will be a problem. I am more than motivated and ready to get back to my normal shape/state. I have a butt Sir, we all have butts Here is a little quad action from tonight, too: ![]() I'm only Toxxing myself on the squat, but here are all my 2013 personal goals: -Squat 225 (current 1RM @ 205) -Bench 135 (current 1RM @ 110) -Keep weight under 155 lbs (I am 5'7") -Dance. A LOT. And try to make all the weekly lessons (I swing dance, as well as other various forms but this mostly pertains to swing) -Run my company's entire 5k in May (holy poo poo this will be the hardest of them all!!!!!!!!!) Mirena 4 five yearz Rest day today, my energy is almost in the negatives and my wrist HURTS from benching a few days ago. Food: Cottage cheese+pumpkin seeds Gyro meat with lettuce, tomato, tzatziki Salsa chicken and cheddar quesadillas on LC tortillas (from webcams for Christ!)
