It culminated in him losing the Rey de Voladores tournament finals to Generico and putting him and the promotion over post-match. It was inspiring to watch. Then a year later they brought him back and he looked about 40 pounds heavier. In the second night, he had a match with Mr. Touchdown that went four minutes before ending abruptly with Touchdown winning via reverse atomic drop. Afterwards, a completely gassed Waltman rambled on the mic for a minute. That weekend led to he and Marty Jannetty getting a tag title shot at the next iPPV, which had everyone saying, "You're wasting your PPV Young Bucks match on these guys?!"

I dunno though I feel like I'm making a jastiger or tiggum semantic argument but I feel like when people say "I just saw him a few years back" they're talking more recent than 5 but less recent than 1 and thanks for encouraging me to talk about this in detail I'm sure it looks great and convincing all typed out
