I like to think that after the pitch, punk would pull a mic out of somewhere and claim it was the best pitch in the world, and that he could throw a perfect game unlike some other unnamed pitcher. Heyman would then remind everyone how lucky they are to have a man like CM Punk throw the first pitch, and how they wish they could have him all the time instead of their pitcher.

One of the reasons Jericho is great is because hes willing to try lots of things to see what sticks. In his first book he talked about how he would take every single chance he could to do a promo for anything in WCW. The majority of them were awful but he learned a lot in the process.

I think the problem with the door is that the psychology demands it to be either a very quick match or where only 1 person is interested in escaping quickly. However since you save it for PPV's you don't really want to have a short match. Hell in a Cell matches work much better because those are built on the idea that two people want to beat the poo poo out of each other.
