A few months back I posted the first few pages of a space opera audio script I've written, and based on the feedback I got I've decided to share the whole thing. I'm hoping to produce it some day and a few comments I got indicated some interest, but even if that goes nowhere I'd still like your input on how to make the thing as good as it can be. https://docs.google.com/document/d/...ISSSu4ERDc/edit - anyone can read or comment Also, here's the cast of characters: TARA FLAME- Young female adventurer. Bold, clear voice, enthusiastic, impulsive. LESSAN- Middle-aged (by our standards) male alien veteran. Gruff, straightforward, but sly. His voice has a subtle reptilian quality. DR, AMY STRONG- Young-ish scientist, female. Smart and curious, excited about her work, a bit absent minded. ALLOS- Age indeterminate, male, a crime boss who thinks of himself as an emperor. Unnervingly polite and well-spoken. Denebian- voice has a gasping-for-air quality. OSTA- Young diplomat, male. Nervous and inexperienced, but is more competent than he lets on. Takes a blasé attitude to the arrival of new alien species. SUGGOT- Allos’ loyal henchman, male. Noble and levelheaded. Denebian. FALLANDO- Aging alien scientist. Male. In over his head. COMMODORE PURCELL- High ranking Star Corps officer in his fifties, male. Knows Tara well and trusts her. (Voices below can be male or female) GUEST- Curious high society type. PATROL- Voice of a patrol ship pilot- standard cop/peacekeeper. ANNOUNCER- Friendly voice of the conference hall. Will the owner of a white shuttle, etc. CONTROLLER- Alien space traffic coordinator. THUGS- Allos’ personal security force. At least three separate voices, all with Denebian “accents”. I've got a few problem areas I'm looking at already, but see what you think. Comments and suggestions for improvement welcome! Maxwell Lord fucked around with this message at Jan 24, 2013 around 06:42 |

Anyone? Anyone? I know it's a long piece, but I'd like to at least know if anyone's given it a look or if the format is not working or whatever.
