Welcome to my log. I'm Breath Ray, collector of parking fines, speaker of Slavonic Ebonics, scourge of hypocrisy, rocker of male pattern baldness and all-round fashion impresario twink! Me vitals ASL: 28, Male, London Height: 5'10" or 178cm Weight: 11.5 stone or 160lbs or 73kg I favour a rough and ready approach to fitness. Every morning I palmslam Flutes (7:03) by Hot Chip into my iTunes so my flatmates can't hear my rhythmic grunting and the squeaking floorboards. Then I do my ![]() ![]() ![]() That takes around 7 minutes and 3 seconds. Then I do 30 press ups, diamond, normal and wide grip. The YouTube video with the dench Barstarzz black guy in the park said to do 10 more of those ones where you go from side to side but my form's too bad at this stage to bother. Then I slip into my grey velour dressing gown that I've never washed, stick my feet in my character slippers and go downstairs for 2 microwave-poached eggs on toast with HP Sauce. Then I have a nice long soak in the tub. 2 or 3 afternoons a week I'll also go on the equipment in Dogshit Park next to my house and do 30 palm-out pull ups in reps of 10. Then 30 bodyweight dips in reps of 10. Guess I'll make it my toxx to do 20 at a time before April 1. Then I come home and tramp through the house and get up on this bad boy ![]() I do a modified Alfalfa mixed with a Jay Cutler routine I read in a muscle magazine someone left in a hotel room once. Barbell press 3x8 Incline dumbbell press 3x8 Military dumbbell press 2x10 Close grip barbell press 2x10 Some day, perhaps as early as 2250AD, I hope to put together some kind of squat cage and master the deadlift without barking my shins and catching my knobbly knees on the upswing. At the moment there is no legwork at all though. Or cardio. I once tried 30 secs of brisk walking followed by 30 secs of sprinting for 8 mins but luckily I pulled a muscle in my calf because I didn't warm up so I only had to do it for 3. Thanks for reading

Wow I'm so ill today. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HjGtizXQ-64 But I went to the park and did bodyweight stuff: 8 wide grip pull ups 8 close grip pull ups 5 wide grip pull ups 3 left in/right out pull ups 3 left out/right in pull ups 3x8 dips 5 bad roman chair things but I can't straighten my legs yet or hold them for long Then in the garden: 3x8 bench press (57kg lol) 1x8 db rows with my face pressed into the incline bench (30kg, thanks DevNull!) 3x8 incline db press (30kg lmao) 3x8 db flyes (30kg) 1x5 close grip bench press I haven't done flyes for ages and hopefully they ripped my chest to threads. I have sunken bits underneath my collarbone but that's probably an eating issue. Looking at other logs I feel like I should be doing more isolation stuff on the arms and shoulders, like curls and raises.

Thanks HT my landlady pinched the mower unfortunately. Something happened to my shoulder when I was bench pressing cold, the bone feels feels bruised more than pulled though so idk wth I'm football training with some African dudes in the park which is great fun. It just uses the accelerometer to measure how much you're moving doesn't it? I mostly use it as an alarm clock and to give me a rough estimate of how ridiculously sleep deprived I am.

Yase it supposedly helps with lucid dreaming somehow. I slept really badly the 3 nights i had it on. Obvs the accelerometer is not very good if it detects stuff when I'm downstairs...or maybe it's really good Also don't you people have somewhere to be this is my safe space.

Hi gang. I ruined my shoulder unfortunately. Need to take a break for 3 weeks while I enjoy these anti-inflammatories. Pushing my pull up toxx back a month to May 1st.
