Just got cleared to lift a weight again today so I went and did a thing. BB Bench 45x10 95x10 135x10 185x5 205x5 225x5(this is weird cause it was my 1RM before I had to stop due to car accident somehow getting stronger in down time is loving awesome) BB Squat (HIGH BAR OR NO BAR!) 45x10 95x10 135x10 225x10(ripped my undies a bit during this set) 275x5 325X1 325X1(ripped my undies A LOT on this one) tried and failed a bw pull-up.

did a boxing thing today. 3x3min shadow boxing 1x1min jum rope doc's orders no more than 1 min per workout as this is the most intense workout i can do to my ankle 1x30min bag work stopping every 3 mins or so and resting for a min my internal clock is on point for 3 minutes. After this i decided to record a round of bag work. and in addition to the ropework you should start busting out bodyweight squats and burpees (maybe mixed with pushups) to strengthen your legs. every pound you lose will be one less pound your legs have to move around

I am doing weighted squats and dl's as well so I just need to figure how to get everything working nicely. It's going to be fun once I can cycle again.
