Just multiply by 2 for a vague estimate, or if you're better at mental arithmetic than me, 2.2 for the exact amount.

In one sense it's easy (compared to dieting) but it's also a challenge since I'm eating zero sugar, unrefined carbs, or other poo poo that's bad for you. I'm also controlling portion volume down to what it SHOULD look like for someone my size - after years of eating what passes for "normal" servings in today's food culture. It takes more planning than running a deficit.

I found a good brand of casein and that tub has become my best friend. No carbs during the day, fruit and yogurt/oatmeal two hours before workout, post-workout carbs are mainly whole grains and beans and sweet potato. I'm not tracking calories but rather adding up the grams of protein and carbs in each meal. I eat minimum two fruits a day and veggies of every color.

Said I'd probably do a bulk when I closed old log, not sure why this is so exciting but there you have it!

Baked a pea protein pie today
Batter consists of egg whites, pea protein, and coconut flour.
It was OK but I wish I had guar rather than xanthan gum
