What a great image! It's really a shame we're not allowed to Photoshop it:

But is it standard affair to put the disclaimer that photos are not to be manipulated? And is there any actual legal recourse for the government to prevent manipulating the photos or is it just a suggestion? I hope lowtax doesn't get another visit from the Secret Service
