Okay, so with snowpocalypse coming, I'm going to make the glorious GWS Hakata ramen recipe: http://goonswithspoons.com/Hakata_Ramen Only problem is that while the recipe calls to hold off on adding spare ribs, it doesn't say when to put them in. Nor does it say when in the original thread linked in the article. When should they go in? Halfway through, closer to the start, etc.? Help me give the finger to the snow by making tonkotsu ramen broth!
