Blizzard has kindly informed us that the Beta will be no longer available after March 1st, which is a loving Friday and blows, but we can still have one last attempt to duke it out and crown a Zeez Champion of the Beta! How this works: * Post here with your Heart of the Swarm in-game name and your chosen race for the tournament. No code is required. * On game day, 15 minutes before starting time, be in the channel zeezbattle. You must satisfy both requirements to participate! * Brackets will be made with maps and number of games posted at their headers. * Tournament will be double elimination, the first half of the upper bracket will be best of one, the entire lower bracket and the second half of the upper bracket will be best of 3. * During best of three matches, the first game will be played on the map listed, then the defeated player in game 1 will pick the map from the map pool for game #2. * Games will proceed autonomously until the upper bracket semi finals and the lower bracket finals, which will be cast by at least me + one other (unless, haha, I'm playing and still in it!) * There will not be a third/fourth place game. Prizes The winner of the tournament will get a gifted Heart of the Swarm expansion pack, for them to do as they please. Everyone else will have a lot of fun, some good memories, and not-untoward rage at Hellbats, Void Rays, and Mutalisks. When?  Friday, February 22nd at 5:00 PM MST Hope to see you goons there! I will definitely probably not be able to participate. Heavy rain+snow+lightning has been going on for the past couple days, and my internet often is unusable even if the wind is too strong.
