Does it adapt to play-by-post well? I'm wondering about the gambling mechanic: one minor hitch in Fate games is that the system of upping the ante with fate points works best face-to-face. If you gamble in this game can you handle it all in one turn and roll your dice and make your post in a PBP game, or does the gamble need mid-turn GM/other player input?
