Right now there's 5 full 4 man lances and not a single person with any admin permissions that can link up channels to coordinate sync drops amongst groups in mumble. Including Cease To Hope *edit: clarifying Eighty Seven fucked around with this message at May 19, 2013 around 03:32 |

I've got Jabber installed, just never found anyone even remotely interested in MWO in "The Nest." Just talking about OhsH's probation and liquor costs in their country/state/city/town/3rd world. I'll check there first next time. Edit: Newbird guide is a work in progress. Reread it if you're new within the last week+ for new content. The Nest in Jabber is the place to chat, look for people, or get help from people in charge, though. People are just really about MWO lately, although it has been improving a bit. Also, the newbird guide is half-dismantled for a redesign right now. It'll get shouted from the rooftops when it's done, though.

I dislike sync dropping as much as the next man, but at the moment I can't blame anyone for doing it. The 8 man queue is a wasteland and if you manage to get a game it'll probably be assault and probably be against snipers. At the moment the 8 man queue is basically punishment detail for daring to have >3 friends.

drat you guys, you were all waiting for me to go on vacation to start playing again! On another note, thanks to the advice I've received in Jabber, I'm now the proud owner of a Logitech G400. Now I can play from my sofa with a shitton more buttons!

I played last night and actually had fun Was using the long range RS Atlas build. Front loaded the gently caress out of my armor, no other mech seems to be working better for me than this. Trying to save up some Cbills for community warfare and such. I have about 35 Million in the bank and about 180,000 GXP

On Friday we were sync dropping and most of the time it ended up as blue on blue violence. Actually was a pretty fun night, wasn't quite the good ol' days of slosh ops, but I was sloshed and having fun anyways.

This just in: winning 1v1 against a terrible pubbie (naturally using a horrible snowflake build) that hates goons doesn't count when you use SSRMs because they are dishonorable. Also, apparently when you kill pubbies overwhelmingly and say "GG CLOSE" you are "chink bastards" that should "go eat some dogs." Oh, Gundams Online, you are a gift that keeps on giving.

Now I really want to roleplay a Chinese waiter that was drafted into glorious House Liao and can't understand why he's being asked to take fried rice and wonton soup to table 6 in an 85 T BattleMech. He just wants to deliver a meal full of tasty nutrients and MSG to some friendly customers and if he has to obliterate two lances worth of enemies to ensure his honorable uncle's signature dishes arrive hot, that's just what's going to have to happen.
