What happens in 3rd Street stays in 3rd Street.

 I played through Oath a while ago after it was released on steam and really really enjoyed it. I think I burnt through it in two sittings, I couldn't get enough of it. It was like playing a mix of Secret of Mana and Ragnarok Online.
