Capitol: A building or complex of buildings in which any legislature meets.
Capital: A city designated as a legislative seat by the government or some other authority, often the city in which the government is located; otherwise the most important city within a country or a subdivision of it.

I think the FBI has had to fight to keep a straight face every time Fox News calls Anonymous "a hacking group" or some other hyperbole for a good four or five years.
