Didn't see a thread for this, so guess what? I MADE ONE. ![]() New Series on TNT, Produced by Donnie Wahlberg. Wednesdays at 9pm EST, right before Southland. I suck at writing things like this so I am just going to rip the show description direct from the website. Centering on the men and women of the Boston Police Department, Boston's Finest will offer viewers an up-close and very personal look at what it takes to protect and serve one of America's greatest and most distinctive cities. Unlike many unscripted series about law enforcement, Boston's Finest will follow the fearless actions of the entire Boston Police Department, including beat officers, detectives, SWAT, fugitive and special task forces, as well as members of the highly decorated Gang Unit. In addition to following the officers while they are on duty, Boston's Finest will provide a glimpse into their personal lives when they are off the clock and living in the same neighborhoods they protect each day. Viewers will also be introduced to the officers' families, who serve as their all-important support system. Boston’s Finest not only celebrates the bravery of officers who risk their lives every day, but also showcases the heart and soul of one of the oldest and proudest police departments in the nation. Oh, and Spotify link for the theme song.

I wonder if I'll see any of the officers that have arrested me, I have to admit, most of them seem quite photogenic. I tend to watch anything that takes place in Boston- Although, I haven't watched Boston Legal yet which has a ton of actors I enjoy seeing and is probably the best show that has been set in BostonVancouver?

Forced used of "wicked" count: 1 Things swing from generic to super local (like what kind of food might be in Mattapan). I dunno how it would feel to someone outside Boston. The meeting of the twin sisters was a dramatic TV moment.

Do all of these cops live in Eastie? E: Sweet, a street I was arrested on was featured on a cop show. Though I am by far not the only one to be arrested near Fenway.

What's with the Gang Unit's cops all wearing different colored baseball caps? Only one was a Sox cap, I think. Just part of the uniform, I guess?

I laughed at the ladies going to Rumor, $25 to get in and expensive drinks by even Boston standards, I think. E: Didn't they recently get in trouble for some poo poo?

Caught the last episode. Early into into, a Gang Unit officer flashes his light into a car and [cut to a different shot] spots a gun on the floor of the car. Pretty sure that second shot was stage to make movie sense, but it's a ... M1911 pistol? A Beretta? Was that just a prop gun? Or would a cop be willing to put his gun on the floor for a second for the crew to take a shot of it?
