I think probably your biggest issue is simply a lack of sleep. I'd recommend taking 10mg melatonin before you go to sleep to help you get a more restful nights sleep. Try to get a few extra hours in each week instead of watching TV. Abstaining from alcohol would probably also help you get more restful sleep and clarify your cognition. Taking Choline, Vitimin B6, and Phosphatidylserine supplements can help heal some of the cognitive damage done by alcohol. If you're over 25, I'd be quite concerned that you haven't developed a normal sexuality yet, and I'd recommend you try to find a non-drinking social gathering to try to meet real men or women and try to find a real sexual partner. If that fails, you should try to watch some normal porn to see if it can replace your abnormal sexual preferences with normal ones. I can't recommend any medication for this unless you want to just kill your sex drive entirely. If you're experiencing pain because of excessive masturbation, taking 15mg xanax every 6 hours should make it difficult to become aroused. the first time i ever tried smoking a friend and i just lit a paper lunch bag formed into the hyperventilating cure shape on fire and took huge drags, we coughed like hell but 15 years later im still addicted. every time i meet a cute smoker girl at the bar and invite them out they give me a weird look as i'm taking one out of my fanny pack and blowing into it to prepare the smoking ritual
