Lol nah. Hello I'm a Piggles. Frequented here quite often. Lifted things off of the floor, and put them back down repeatedly. Now I am back to continue doing this Going to start trying and be more active on these subforums again and I'm using TFLC as a sort of extra accountability tool. Little bit of background; Started lifting 4 years ago This was me, 140 lbs ![]() This was me ~1.5 years ago? ~180 lbs ![]() ![]() Currently I am 203 pounds. Not as lean as I have been but generally more athletic in terms of speed and power. Don't really want to post pictures at the moment because 1) Who cares and 2) I am not where I want to be. Things that have happened in my 6 month? hiatus: Went back to school, I have the summer semester to finish my credits for my Math BS. Working a single 24hr shift at the local fire department and part time as a personal trainer (~10 clients a week, busy otherwise). Dating a girl, it will be 10 months on the 29th according to my calendar. I've been doing the paleo thing for a while except I still drink milk and yogurt. I do crossfit once a week when I have time. Rest of the days has been a very crude body-splits style: Within a week I will do ~3-4 days of: 1-2 chest/shoulder das 1 back day 1 leg day 1 power day (box jumps, cleans, jerks, whatever else) Reasoning for reopening a log is that I just want to provide some more accountability towards my fitness and nutrition goals. When I binge and break paleo I binge quite hard and I'd like to curb that altogether. Also will try and be much more structured on my lifting as I've been stagnant for a really long time on the traditional lifts. Speaking of which: BB Flat - idk, 255 BB Incline - 235 BB Power Clean - 255 BB Jerk - 235 BB Squat Clean - 275 BB Squat - 385 BB Front Squat - 295 on a really good day BB Press - 165 Ummm... Yeah that's all I care about. I buy whatever vegetables are the cheapest and buy in large large quantities. Whatever I don't finish by the time they start to turn bad I juice it and drink it over the next few days. Speaking of juicing, you can juice a large amount of chard, carrots, and spinach and compliment with whatever fruit you want (kiwi, papaya, and pineapple are my go-tos) and it will taste better than any other juice you can buy. You can still find okay stuff at Walmart, they have pretty good deals on 1.5 lbs bags of tilapia IIRC. I highly highly encourage anyone reading to visit their local co-op.
