This log is for me:

I need to lose some weight!

My goal is to look like I lost 50lbs. I am rewording this goal text to fit the confines of the rules so I will say that my toxx(s) are:

To have an acceptable body composition that could possibly suggest I have lost 50lbs by July 21st, 2013.
To get back to squatting 400+ lbs by the end of summer 2013
Regularly Bench Press 315lb by the end of summer 2013
Deadlift 500lb (again) by the end of Fall, 2013.

This will keep me on track as far as the lifestyle changes are concerned over the next few months as my main goal was to just lose 50lbs straight up. I feel that goal is a little heavy handed (not impossible), and I don't want all you great people thinking I'm purging every "cheat" meal I eat. I have a general idea of diet, and after a 2 week test run of nothing but protein, I'm just gonna learn how to cook and not be a fat piece of trash.
