Now Leaving Tokyo, Next Stop: Another World is both the title of this story (definitely a one-shot) AND the title of this upcoming anthology of Ohbata one-shots. The above "chapter" was probably done from magazine raws, but was pre-emptively uploaded to establish a single place for the anthology, if it ever sees scanlation.

Japan is still mired in the tattoo = criminal mentality, the slightest bit of innocuous ink is shocking enough that businesses may turn you away. It's probably a Think of The Children thing, like excising booze, cigarettes, and excess violence, but no idea whether it's based in any kind of broadcast code or just a self-imposed move to make Nitta a little more mainstream friendly
