I think she does have eyelashes, they're just fine and not curled/mascara-coated, and thin/light colored on the bottom. My lashes are the same way when I'm not wearing eye makeup. It's also getting popular among women who consistently shape their eyebrows at home to get tattoos on their brows in whatever shape they prefer, so they have a 'pattern' to follow. Unless her eyebrows come in thick as caterpillars and jet black, though, I hope that's not what she's doing. I don't think her hair is it's natural color in that picture, so maybe, hopefully it's naturally black.

I'll admit it does look very nice, but I feel it's more about you wouldn't want to have a borderline pornographic image permanently on your skin for everyone to see in public and at work, even if it was tastefully and artfully done. Its just kind of awkward and a lot of people you'd see in public and at work wouldn't appreciate it for its artfulness, as depressing as that might be. This tattoo is obviously on the arm so it would be kind of hard to avoid having it seen in the summer months.
