Rich Hickey - Simple Made Easy He's got a lot of other talks about the relationship of value & time as they exist in stateful systems that are all quite good, but sometimes he goes too much into his solutions (clojure/datomic) which is useful but dilutes the philosophical points he makes so well. So, if I had to pick one it would be the above.
