NY has their Premium Estimator up, albeit in some weird spreadheet format that barely works in Excel for me:

Has there been any information as to what these plans are comprised of or has it just been the prices announced with the details being a "fun" October surprise?

Has anyone reading this thread successfully completed an application for insurance and chosen a plan, whether on healthcare.gov or on a state-based exchange?

I've completed an application and applied for a plan via NY's state-based exchange. The status is "Submitted", though no email confirming it's been received or an indication of what to expect now. There is one thing that's less than ideal - it looks like when one applies for a specific plan you can no longer browse plans on the exchange without canceling your pending enrollment.
