All I know is that with my lovely computer, the amount of typesetting Commie did to put their new title card in the OP crashed my player. I didn't like what GG did with Jojo, but I'll give them a try next week. By the way, show was fantastic and I'm torn between going ahead and reading the manga or keeping myself virgin for the anime.

It's such a wonderful change of pace. To be fair, you also see them in uniform in the opening. It doesn't seem like spoilers more than the actual premise of the series.

I think it's just that licensing in more regions costs more money. And obviously, some region restriction has to be put in place so the Japanese consumer base isn't able to watch it for free and has to buy the blu-rays.
