Do we have any news on the status of the North and South community? I almost miss the hilarity of playing the confederacy, all the way down to its one-man-band and awesome production values.

Well there has been a proper final update for North And South and I have been asked if we can consider returning to the Thursday line battle now they have fixed the server.

Question is, do the majority of us want a N&S event? I mean, seriously. Playing with just seven dudes was kinda balls because of those more deadly accurate guns.

Yeah, I'd be down for more N&S, assuming the server will be stable and the admins aren't (more) retarded (than usual).

Also, cav in 15 minutes, get in mumble!

That was a pretty rad LB guys. We swept the field as Hussars tonight. We caught those drat Rifles twice and slaughtered them. Now who's the tough guy Vinnie!?

But anyway, we had a chat in Mumble and general sentiment is yeah lets give the GSG North And South Event another go next Thursday. Below Is the patch notes from the last two updates, along with the download itself.

If you are new to playing with us or interested you can read about the US Civil War North And South mod a little more in the blog.

I'll tell the guys GCG guys and lets hope this patch comes out before next Thursday! In the mean time, download the bulk of the mod now to save time if you haven't got it/deleted it.

Added the Colt M1860 Army.
Added the Remmington M1858 Army
Added the Springfield M1861
Added the Smith Carabine.
Added the Sharps Carabine.
Added the Burnside Carabine.
Added the 1855 Colt revolving rifle.
Added the Whitworth rifle.
Added the minee ball.
Added the revolver holster.
Added the CSA forage cap.

Added a spec map to the 14th Brooklyn private.
Added an updated spec map to the accessories, the cigar appears "lit" now.
Added the beards w/accessories like smoke/pipe
Added the new drum sounds missing from the previous patch.
Added a texture to the Washington Arty officer which was missing from the previous patch.
Added a texture for the generals sword which wasn't present in the previous patch.
Added carabines to cav horse saddles therefore I had to remove the ability for carabines to be carried on soldiers backs, see below for futher details.
Added the "percussion cap pouch" to many US units.
Added US and CS staff guidons to the general staff.
Added the sniper class to both sides, the 2nd_Kentucky_Battalion_Sharpshooters and Illinois_Militia_Sharpshooters.
Added an alpha to the Tiger NCO.
Added LOD's to most uniform tops, bottoms and hats.

Replaced the Marine musican dress uniform with the undress (field) uniform.
Replaced the 69th NCO with the 69th zouave. (Originally I thought of replacing the whole unit but I decided to consult the 69th Regiment (one of the largest and oldest NS regs) and after having a few discussions with their CO and they having their own internal discussions, we came up with the compromise that their NCO's would use the private skin and that the new zouave would replace the NCO skin, thus enabling them to form a 69th zouave unit within the 69th).

New cannon ball texture.
New sword: M1840 Musican sword (same model as the NCO sword but shorter).
New revolver: Remington M1858 Navy (same model as the army but smaller caliber, in otherwords it's weaker).
New Union signal operator uniform w/ equipment (replaces the old piper equipment slots).
New Confederate signal operator uniform w/ equipment
New 1840 forage cap for 33rd VA.
New style cav belts (changed the infantry ammo box for a cavalry box).
New style 69th NYSM flag.
New uniform for Lay's Cavlary.
New uniform for CSA brigadier general which resembles "Stonewall" Jackon's uniform from 1861.
New Union unit, Illnois sharpshooters.
New CSA unit, Kentucky sharpshooters.
New style US cav flag.
New style CS engineer.
New run animation by baktech

Changed the weapon loadouts of most soldiers.
Changed the bugle sounds again and reorganized them.
Changed the Union piper to a bugler. Although the Union now has two buglers, one is a Marine, the other Army.
Changed the equipment on the 14th Brooklyn private model.
Changed the position of the cavalry gloves so that they better sit on the model and issued them to most officers and cav units.
Changed the saddle models for some horses.
Changed the admin horse saddle to something more eye catching.
Changed the 1st VA cav NCO cheverons, from yellow to black.
Changed the cap device texture on the 69th NY officer kepi to a higher quality texture.
Changed the 7th GA NCO cheverons, from blue to black.
Changed the name of several units so that they are more descriptive.
Changed the name of Hampton's Legion to Lay's Squadron Cavlary. It turns out that although Hampton's Legion was at Bull Run, it was the infantry, not the cavalry that was present.
Changed the 1st VA battle flag to the VA state flag. The battle flag didn't come into use till the end of 61, early-mid 62.
Changed the 2nd national flag (CSA) to the 1st national flag.
Changed the glasses in the character select to look sleeker and less bulky.
Changed the size of arty ordinence. 6lbs use the default size and 32lbs are about as big as a persons head, everything else falls in between. Deffintely worth checking out to see how big of a change the sizes are during LB's.

Gave all officers and cavalry, holsters.
Gave the CSA musican the stars and bars flag, in addition to the musican flag.

Fixed the hat on the character select model.
Reduced the Z% on the zouave top and bottom models. Their chests popped out too much and looked like they were on steriods. Now it is more on par with the other soldiers.

Removed the ability to carry carabines on the backs for cavalry. They still carry them, it's just invisible untill they equip them. See above for the reason why.
Removed the 0.403 charge animation and restored the old one. Now that cav get one shot from horseback, carbines won't look rediculous when the horse is at a gallop.
Removed the Cpl stripes from the US cav bugler.

Updated the colors on most of the flags, they should appear more vivid now.
Infantry flags (except for the signal flags) can no longer be picked up on horseback.

Bugs fixed:
Fixed a bug in which one of the flowers was mirrioring, creating two flowers.
Fixed a bug in which the single earing was mirrioring, creating two earings.
Fixed a bug in which the Colt in NS was labeled as the 1861 Colt Army, in comparing photos of the real guns and the game model in NS and Secession, the gun was improperly labeled, it was actually the 1858 Colt Navy.
Fixed a similiar bug to the one above, but with the Springfield.
Fixed a similiar bug to the one above, but with the Enfield carbine.
Fixed a bug in which the CSA arty officer used the same hat as the CSA Tigers officer.
Fixed a bug with the 11th Miss NCO.
Fixed a bug with the 69th flag.
Fixed reload glitch!!!

--------------------------------

The "uniform" Patch (0.403):

Added two flags, a white and a red signal flag for use with the new signal operator.
Added a new US guidon for cav units to use in addition to the cav guidon.
Added a Marine NCO.
Added the "NOT" equipment to all officers whos button arrangements fit (such a nice button texture needs to be seen!).
Added some accessories to all the beards.
Added three new drum snares to replace the fairely useless ones that are in NW. These new snares are reveille, march and call to battle.
Added the bugle sounds from one of my mods (the originals were in the wrong order I believe) and I cleaned up the charge sound a bit (less background noise).

Adjusted the uniforms the 1st Minn spawn with. NCO's will spawn with the appropirate uniform and flag bearers have their own model exclusive to them.
Adjusted the height and direction in which the new mameluke Marines officer sword hangs on the belt.

Changed the direction of all infantry and cavalry flags (except both signal flags) so that they no longer wave in front of the flag bearer and now wave behind the flag bearer.
Changed the way in which the cavalry guidon is held when off a horse.
Changed the German pipe for a flower for both males and females in the character creator (looked too NW).
Changed the dual earings for men to a single earing.
Changed the Confed vidette scout jacket to that of a 1st VA NCO jacket. Since the vidette scout jacket and the private jacket are identical and the 1st VA didn't have it's own NCO jacket, I made the change.
Changed the equipment of the vidette scout to resemble the vidette private (the rifle no longer clips through the rolled up overcoat).
Changed the way the cavlary guidon is held when on a horse. It looks more realistic now but couching is enabled due to the change. Considering that the flag has 0 piercing damage, people won't be racking up kills by using the flag as a lance and will quickly realize that couching the flag can't be exploited.
Changed the ani_human_mounted animation for cavalry. It's not perfect but it looks much more realistic when charging. I don't remember where the file came from though, I had it in my NW module.

Gave the CSA engineer a brown kepi in addition to the hat he already uses for variety.
Gave the US engineer the slouch hat with updated design, he no longer spawns with a kepi.
Gave some units the white kepi in addition to they kepi they already wear. Adds variety plus the white kepi saw a lot of use during Bull Run.
Gave the private in the high command unit the same kepi as the Union Brig Gen. This is to distinguish the command staff private from the cavalry private.
Gave the arty private in both factions gloves.
Gave most of the Union cav soldiers gloves.
Gave the CS cav privates gray pants in addition to the default pants they already wear for varity.
Gave female characters the eye bandage.

Replaced the Springfield musket on the command staff private with the musketoon.
Replaced the original bugler with a Marine bugler.
Replaced the Staff sargent in the high command unit (both factions) with a signal operator. It's kind of gimicky (whos going to really follow flag signals in game?) but the hardcore players might like them a lot.
Replaced the model of the high command staff sargent to more closely resemble a signal corp operator. The new model (for both factions) retains the NCO rank.
Replaced the Gettysburg loading screen with the original Bull Run screen.
Replaced the cav trumpeter hat with a infantry slouch hat and assigned it to most union officers in addition to the kepi that they may spawn. The trumpter hat is identical to the private hat so I made the change.
Replaced the 1864-65 style Lee uniform with the 1862-63 style uniform.
Replaced the generic CSA Arty soldier and officer with the Washington Arty (present at Bull Run).
Replaced the "mounted private" on the CSA arty unit with an NCO.

Removed the bugle from all remaining NCO's who still had it.
Removed the US staff flag since the staff sargent class was replaced with the signal operator (still in the game but unused).
Removed the hussar braids from males and females in the character creator (those went out of fashion decades ago).
Removed the rolled up greatcoats from the Marines.
Removed the old style glasses and monocle.
Removed the ability for all infantry flags to be used on horseback (with the new style animations and flag waving, they look rediculous while on horseback).

Restored the 11th NY flag (was missing from the last patch).
Restored the 11th Miss flag (was missing from the last patch).

Retexture of the cannon ammo box, it's now red (there were different kinds depending on the shot inside, black, green and red).
Retextured the Lee hat from brown to black.

Marine officers have their own officer kepi.
Marine officers have a new sword, the mameluke sword which was adopted in 1825 for all marine officers BUT...it was not used during the years 1859 something till the 1870s, so what I did was the game will randomly give the Marine officer either the mameluke sword or the default light cav sword used by most of the officers in the game.
Union Brig Gen have their own kepi, seperate from the slouch hat the Union Cav Capt wears.
69th NY officer has a new style kepi.
US engineer now has blue pants with a yellow stripe, accurate to the real US civil war engineers.
Fixed the pants issue. Now enlisted wear enlisted pants, NCO's wear NCO pants (where applicable).
Marines now only spawn with the USMC flag.
2nd WI has it's own US flag and a new style regiment flag.
The Rhode Island Reg has a new regiment flag.
Marine pants are slightly whiter.
Swapped the kilt for pants on the 79th piper (from what i've read, only the officer had the kilt and not for very long!).
Various changes to the AI units, mostly in the way of kepi's and pants (see above).
Edited the bugle and horn properties so now when they are not in use they go on the back of the character for cavalry and sling to the side for infantry.
Slightly raised the height of the Cav flags so that when they are planted on the ground, the pole doesn't look like it's two feet into the ground.
Fixed the missing bayonet texture on the Enfield rifle.

UI changes:
Staff sargents are now called signal operators.
Color sargents are now called Flag bearers.
All officers are refered to their ranks now instead of being called "officer".
All units were given their regiment names for clarity. For example Grenzers on the Union side will now refer to the 69th NY.
The new items were given custom names, such as the mameluke sword and the red and white signal flags.
Changed the name of the 79th NY to that of volunteer infantry for the appropriate AI unit.
Renamed the British horse guards flag to Confederate Cavalry Guidon.
Renamed the CSA arty "mounted private" to seargent.
Renamed the US arty "arty train" to seargent.
Renamed the armies.
Renamed the CSA Volunteers to 1st Maryland Infantry.
Renamed the Union Volunteers to Regular Infantry Battalion.
Renamed Vedette cav to "2nd Dragoons" for the US and "Hampton's Legion" for the CS. Both units were present at Bull Run.

Balance changes:
Generally in LB's cav aren't allowed to fire from horseback. What I've done is given US/CS cav Springfield/Enfield musketoons but they can't be used while on horse. This forces people to dismount, fire and reload on foot.
Gave all officers riding 5 except for the Marine officer and arty officer.
Removed the lighter from arty privates (this is to encourage team work between the private who has the ramrod and the NCO who has the lighter).

--------------------------------------
V.4.0:
Updated the mod to be compatible with 0.402.
New binocular retexture.
Added a dark blue canteen cover. Some units will have the sky blue canteen, others the dark blue.
Added bump and spec maps to the Sharps rifle, among other files.
Hospital Stewards wear the frock coat instead of the shell jacket now, also given crimsion piping instead of green. (currently not used in-game).
Berdan sharshooters now have green pants and different colored packs (currently not used in-game).
Replaced the yellow horse blanket on CSA arty horses with the Union arty horse blanket.

One Q.A Between me and him.

Q.What are you planning on after this update? A.After I finish introducing the C.S.A units, the following week I'll introduce the Union units that are being worked on.

New C.S Uniforms
Monday: Lays Squadron Cavalry (Three companies)
The Little Fork Rangers, the Powhatan Troop, and the Wise Dragoons, under the command of Captain J F Lay, were attached to Brigadier General P G T Beauregard's headquarters as guides and couriers on 21 July, 1861. The Little Fork Rangers was detailed as part of President J Davis' escort late in the afternoon on 21 July, 1861. The Wise Dragoons was stationed at Occoquan, Virginia, for over three weeks prior to 15 May, 1861, and remained at Brigadier General P G T Beauregard's headquarters during the first battle of Manassas. The Powhatan Troop and the Wise Dragoons were assigned to the Seventh Brigade, First Corps, Army of the Potomac, under the command of Colonel N G Evans on 11 August, 1861

Wednesday: Thomas "Stonewall" Jackson
“Look, men! There is Jackson standing like a stone wall! Let us determine to die here, and we will conquer!” Exactly what General Bee said will never be known, but this version was published in the Charleston Mercury on July 25, 1861 and reprinted in the Richmond Daily Dispatch and Lexington Gazette.
Another popular version of General Bee’s exclamation is “Look at Jackson’s brigade standing like a stone wall! Rally on the Virginians!” This version appeared in several publications put out in the twenty-five years after the war. Yet another version of the quote was later put forward by Jackson’s surgeon, Hunter McGuire, in 1891: “There stands Jackson like a stone wall! Rally behind the Virginians!” The uniform that Jackson wore at First Manassas is at the VMI musem.

Friday: Confederate Signal Operator
Although, as has been shown, the Signal Service was in active and useful operation on several theatres of war--in the East in 1861, and early in 1862 in the West--it was not until April 19th, 1862, that the act was approved organizing the Signal Corps as a distinct branch of the Confederate army, and the Secretary of War was authorized to establish it as a separate corps or to attach it to the Adjutant and Inspector's Department or to the Engineer Corps. The Secretary decided to attach it to the Adjutant and Inspector-General's Department, and May 29th, 1862, was issued General Orders No. 40, A. & I. G. O., creating the Signal Bureau, with Major Win. Norris, of General Magruder's staff, as the head of it. No uniform was prescribed for the Signal Corps. The officers wore the uniform of the general staff of the same grade, and the detailed men wore that of the arm of the service to which they belonged, and on the rolls of which they were borne as detailed men. The Signal Corps, as organized, consisted of one Major Commanding, ten Captains, ten first and ten second-class Lieutenants and twenty Sergeants--there were no privates, as men were detailed from the line of the army whenever wanted, and when their services were no longer required they returned to their respective commands.

Sunday: Second Kentucky Battalion Sharpshooters
The 1st Kentucky Battalion Infantry and the 2nd Kentucky Battalion Sharpshooters, under the command of Major T Claiborne, arrived at Piedmont station, Virginia, on 19 July, 1861. The Kentucky troops proceeded by railroad to Camp Pickens, Manassas Junction, in the morning on 22 July, 1861, and were delayed by a railroad collision that killed and wounded thirty-two men. The Kentucky troops arrived at Camp Pickens, Manassas Junction, at 12 AM on 22 July, 1861, and encamped near the Lewis house, Portici, a mile southeast of Henry hill, Virginia. Although they were not at First Manassas in real life, their train is on schedule for 0.404!

New Weapons!

New Union Units!

Tuesday: Meagher's Zouaves, 69th NYSM
The Irish Zouaves, under the command of Captain T F Meagher, was organized at New York city on 22 April, 1861, and was ordered to proceed to Washington D. C. via Baltimore, Maryland, on 22 May, 1861. The company and about 200 recruits reported to Colonel M Corcoran at Georgetown D. C. on 23 May, 1861, and the Irish Zouaves was assigned as Company K. On 24 May, 1861, the 69th New York State Militia was part of the right wing column in the advance of the army into Virginia. The regiment was assigned to duty throwing up entrenchments and cutting down the timber in the vicinity of the camp on the hill nearest the Aqueduct bridge, and commanding the road leading westward to Fairfax Courthouse, Virginia. Colonel M Corcoran named the defenses Fort Seward in honor of W H Seaward, secretary of State, but the War Department insisted the fort the 69th New York State Militia built should be named Fort Corcoran. The 69th New York State Militia, the 5th New York State Militia, and the 28th New York State Militia were temporarily assigned to the Aqueduct Brigade, under the command of Colonel D Hunter, in May 1861, and the 69th New York State Militia remianed in occupation at Fort Corcoran, until 16 July, 1861. After the first battle of Bull Run the regiment returned to Fort Corcoran under the command of Acting Major T F Meagher at 3 AM on 22 July, 1861, as Colonel M Corcoran was captured during the battle. Company K of the 69th NYSM can be seen in some images of Bull Run by the famous artist, Don Troiani.

Thursday: Union Signal Operator
In every important campaign and on every bloody ground, the flags of the Signal Corps flaunted defiantly at the forefront, speeding stirring orders of advance, conveying warnings of impending danger, and sending sullen suggestions of defeat. They were seen on the advanced lines of Yorktown, Petersburg, and Richmond, in the saps and trenches at Charleston, Vicksburg, and Port Hudson, at the fierce battles of Chickamauga and Chancerllorsville, before the fort-crowned crest of Fredericksburg, amid the frightful carnage of Antietam, on Kenesaw Mountain deciding the fate of Allatoona, in Sherman's march to the sea, and with Grant's victorious army at Appomattox and Richmond. They spoke silently to DuPont along the dunes and sounds of the Carolinas, sent word to Porter clearing the central Mississippi River, and aided Farragut when forcing the passage of Mobile Bay. Did a non-combatant corps ever before suffer such disproportionate casualties- killed, wounded, and captured? Sense of duty, necessity of exposure to fire, and importance of mission were conditions incompatible with personal safety -and the Signal Corps paid the price. While many found their fate in Confederate prisons, the extreme danger of signal work, when conjoined with stubborn adherence to outposts of duty, is forcefully evidenced by the fact that the killed of the Signal Corps were on hundred and fifty percent of the wounded, as against the usual ratio of twenty percent.

Saturday: USMC Musician (Undress or field frock coat)
The United States Marine Corps (USMC) was not utilized to full advantage during the Civil War. Already weakened by the resignations of many of its best officers, the USMCs morale suffered further as a result of feuding between staff and line officers and senior officers who regarded themselves administrators rather than field commanders. Another blow to morale was the practice of appointing new junior officers by patronage. In 1861 Congress authorized the United States Marine Corps to be enlarged to 93 officers and 3,074 enlisted men, and Abraham Lincoln increased that number by another thousand. However, recruiting was hindered by a lack of funds for bounties and longer terms of enlistment than for men in the volunteer army. By 1863 negative feelings toward the USMC resulted in a congressional resolution that would have transferred the corps to army control. The resolution was defeated, however, and when Marine Commandant-Col. Jobn C. Harris died in 1864, Sec. of the Navy Gideon Welles retired several senior officers to appoint Maj. Jacob Zeilin his successor. Zeilin, at 59, was a combat veteran of the Mexican War and an officer of proven ability. During the war marines continued their traditional role as ship guards, also manning batteries and participating in limited operations ashore. They did not always perform well, as at First Bull Run, where a marine battalion of mostly raw recruits was routed. But other marines distinguished themselves during landing and gunboat attacks and especially as members of gun crews. 17 marines received the Medal of Honor for conspicuous bravery; 13 of these were sergeants and corporals serving as gun captains and gun-division commanders.

Monday: Illinois militia sharpshooters
The Sturgis Rifles was an independent militia company organized at Chicago, Illinois, under the command of Captain J Steele, in April 1861 and was mustered in United States service on 6 May, 1861. The company was ordered to West Virginia to serve as a body guard to Major General G B McClellan and arrived at Washington D. C. on 26 July, 1861. The Sturgis Rifles was assigned as Provost Guard or City Guard, under the command of Colonel A Porter, 16th United States Infantry, until 10 March, 1862. The company was mustered out on 27 November, 1863, at Washington D. C. Equipped and subsisted for nearly two months by the patriotic generosity of Mr. Solomon Sturgis, the Company was armed by its patron with Sharpe's rifles. New orders have been issued and the sharpshooters are presently on their way to Manassas for 0.404![/spoiler]

Sharpshooter Class!

The class will have two units to choose from, the Private (sharpshooter) and the Spotter. Both will be armed with knives so close combat should be avoided at all costs. Ideally, these units will move independently from regiments and act as scouts while at the same time, fulfilling their role in taking out high priority targets.

The private class will be equipped with the American Long Rifle for the CSA and the 1859 Sharps Rifle for the Union, both will also be equipped with a bowie knife. The spotter class will be equipped with the Whitworth Rifle for the CSA and the Colt Revolving Rifle (5 cylinder), both classes will also carry a bowie knife and binoculars.

For those familiar with the NW style character classes, sharpshooters have Riflemen stats. As for the weapons themselves, these weapons are the most accurate weapons in the game and should be considered extremely deadly in the hands of an excellent marksman. The downside of these weapons is that they also have the longest reload times for any weapon in the game. An ordinarly soldier can fire two shots to one shot from a sharpshooter. In a shooting match versus two or more soldiers, the sharpshooter would instantly be at a disadvantage. Furthermore, to further the specialty of the role, all sniper rifles are exclusive to the sharpshooter class. If a sharpshooter or spotter is killed, his weapon can not be picked up by anyone, not even other sharpshooters of the same faction or role.

It is the hope that this new class will provide a new and fun experience in line battles.

As per the schedule, Monday will see the announcement of the sharpshooter unit who will represent the Union!

Well as long as you have decent numbers for it. Seven dudes against a bigger line of percussion cap rifled musket armed other dudes don't last long.

Hoping that update drops next week, if not we'll still roll with it. Also tonight we have Cops NW Siege event, if you are a new guy or a old timer looking for something different drop on by the Mumble at 8PM EST!

EDIT: Also, this is possible now in the next update:

Our first EU event of the week is happening in less than an hour now. Please drop into the Mumble soon if you can make it tonight.

We also have our American line battle event later too.

Also, minor modding news a new faction replacement mod has been released. This one replaces France with the Duchy Of Warsaw.

There's only two of us in the Mumble at the moment, so jump on in. Nurdbot's talking about cutting some of the events if our attendence is too low, so you can make a difference this very moment.

We're starting soon, already got the info up in the Mumble channel. See you people there!

EDIT: Also, North And South this Thursday is a go.

Download the main client here if you haven't played it before right here.

Then download this fix here and dump all the contents in the N&S Modules folder. Do NOT use the updater at all. If you still have the mod installed from when we last played it just upload the fixed update.

This update no longer takes away your legs.

Hey it seems FSE and TaleWorlds both pulled their collective fingers out of their behinds to give us news on the up coming patch update thingy.

quote:

As some of you may have noticed, the new Napoleonic Wars patch is currently in Beta and is now available on Steam. The purpose of this beta is to kill any bugs that may appear, and to balance out all the new maps so we can have a perfect final release. So do not hesitate to post your feedback!

Flying Squirrel Entertainment has also decided to now provide an official 200 player Siege server, and an official 200 player Battle server. Both servers will run all the new maps, and most of the old maps. Any suggestions with regards to the map rotations being used on our servers are highly appreciated!

To learn more about the Patch, please read our Fifth Developer Blog where we go into a little more detail.
But for those of you who don’t like to read all that much, here is a condensed version of the feature list:

- When a unit dies that carries a shovel in his backpack, it will always be dropped on the floor so people can pick it up and use it to remove earthworks that might be in the way.
- Added a extra caption to Internal Admin chat, so you can tell them apart.

Balance Changes
- Reduced the length of the cavalry swords a bit, they had ghostly long range.
- Made all artillery less accurate on long range to balance the powerfull destruction force.
- Reduced the range an explosion would have by 30%, to balance the extremely powerful howitzers and mortars.
- Made cannonballs lose more force on ground hit and bounce less to make them less unstoppable.
- Made pistols some more accurate, it will now really hit within the player visible circle, to balance them, the reload is now slightly slower though.
- Decreased the damage the rifle in melee would inflict, they were more powerful than most real melee weapons
- Reduced the health of all medium and heavy horses to balance their classes.
- Made the armor points of the british cavalry helmets to be on par with other factions helmets.
