Hacking is improved by three things currently: The skill "Systems hacking", Hacking modules, and the Minmatar Logistics suit. In the previous build (before the min logi bonus), I ran a proto assault with 4 L5 hacking mods. That gave me a hack speed of around 2 seconds, and a counter hack slightly quicker than a regular hack. It's VERY powerful as a skill, but it's critical that your core survival skills come first. Being able to flashhack a point in 2 seconds is no use if the enemy can kill you in 1.5.

Fused Locus grenades are supposedly going to be on the market for ISK today (the AUR addition was a bugger up by good ol' CCP apparently)... I strongly recommend people buy a few stacks (assuming they're cheap) before the tear tsunamis cause CCP to remove them again.

Skirmish is also the most efficient way to grind your SP cap fast since the matches are longer, and therefore you spend less time loading/waiting/doing circles in your quarters.

Things worth noting are that TEST literally only have one "inroad" junction system left (KVN-36). They currently deploy out of Karan, which is near Hophip on that map. It's not a landslide just yet, but it's getting close since we stripped them of 23 systems in the last week, and their allies are starting to get fed up and are having to worry about their own space which the Russians are starting to bite into.

TBH, they're crumbling due to this war. Begging for ISK donations, letting TERRIBLE people back into their corps, demoting their only decent director to line member because she To cap it off, they just lost a Logi director who cleared out whatever they could from the corp hangars they had access to as they walked out due to the afore mentioned horrible people pissing them off.

Couldn't you just scam through Eve using a corp wallet? You can say any old poo poo then, as long as you're not pretending to be anyone official. Then simply have a Dust alt to filter and distribute the ISK back to your mains.

CCP will only ban you for directly coercing people to spend $ to pay for isk to buy (get scammed) something. (eg: you can't convince someone to buy a plex to sell to pay to get into a corp) CCP never gives a poo poo unless real life money is part of the deal. I strongly doubt they care about scamming ISK for non existent item codes.

It's sad for the folks who were really invested in Dust, but it was also inevitable, and anyone who thought Dust would be as eternal as Eve was kidding themselves. Consoles are pretty much disposable now, and their life cycles are way too short to ever produce something permanent for them. CCP's probably been weighing up the two options of "remake the game every time Sony throws a new console on the market, and never have a real permanent sister game", or "remake the game for the PC, and update it graphically every so often when the gfx start looking dated, and have an eternal game." The second option is the only thing a smart company would pick. And considering their target audience (Eve players) have PCs by default... it's just something that makes sense. I know this hits some of my old Dust buddies, and I'll miss them when I hop back into the Eve FPS world, but at the same time, I'm really looking forward to Legion, and seeing what CCP can do without the constraints of a platform that's hard to work on, and a player base who are used to disposable gaming.
