I don't know where it is, but there was this long as hell text file one of the girls wrote explaining everything. They're just as spazzy and autistic as they seem, but the owner of the car has some hearing disorder that she got the permit for. No loving idea why a hearing disorder would qualify her for handicapped parking, but there you go. Also claimed to rarely use it and only used it in this instance to haul the foam out of her car. Instead of, y'know, letting someone wheelchair bound use the space.
