Okay, apparently Oliver is actually 13!! Also, Someone in the youtube comments is actually saying the welsh is an accurate "valley" area accent. The mun is a real welsh thing that some will use. I can't really vouch for the accuracy of any of this, but I suspect that the accent is real.
