Depending on whether we need to start from scratch in making money, this is either inconsequential or really annoying. I am pretty sure the 4th character(Dpad down) is your online character. Edit: Meaning you have some sort of customization in regards to the character. From what I have read, you will be able to create backstory for your online character as well. (Maybe you start with lots of money but no driving/shooting ability?)

I purchased the downtown cab company and have done about 20 fares and have yet to receive the achievement. Anyone else experience this problem?
