Six killing the baby had a deeper thing than just killing the baby. Six was the compassionate model & she was saving the baby the post-apocalyptic world she was going to help create. It actually does a lot for the character; the baby wasn't inherently sinful & deserving of the Cylons' wrath. She gave the baby a merciful end by quickly snapping its neck.

$2 SD & $3 HD per episode on Amazon. It's pricy but an option.
