Don't forget that Clark Kent and his dad came off as bigger assholes than Lex Luthor, and basically drove him to being a villian.

Casting news for Powers, http://www.comicbookresources.com:8080/?page=article&id=54121 Is Crispin Stockely a tv original character? I don't remember him from the comics. Maybe he is going to replace Calista, since its creepy the reincarnation of his love interest is somebody he knew since she was a little girl
