Ok I was talking with cis on irc about explosions, basically the new grenade/GL/rocket rules say that you can only really target spaces now, and if you get 3 hits then it goes wherever you want it to. If you miss, then it scatters. Net hits over 3 don't seem to do anything, and the only thing that determines damage is the range from the center of the explosion and the damage drop off rate. The rules are on page 181/182 if you want to take a look.
