DADT was stupid because gays make the best soldiers. Seriously the Spartans advocated soldiers loving each other because it made them fight harder in battle.

I mean I know the greeks were a lot cooler about homosexuality but I think people over-romanticize it too since their perceptions of being gay was more than a little different from the modern day idea.

The best Chuck Asay was the one of the Dem/Rep election party. The Dems had Springsteen, topless chicks, beer, etc. The reps had a couple of old guys and burgers I guess. Apparently to Chuck the latter was the better party.

This is awesome. I assume there was some slogan written on the shirt in the original? The way good women would always wear dresses and "liberal" women would wear pants was always one of the best parts of Asay cartoons.
