For reasons I'm not sure of myself, Victoria 2 is my favourite Paradox game. Maybe I just like watching numbers tick up slowly. Voting for Johore. There's a distinct lack of SE Asian action in general in Paradox games so this'll be nice to see. Of the other popular choices, Bavaria would probably end up as a standard German steamroller once we'd gotten out of the initial crisis of having to deal with Prussia/Austria, while Zulu would be a steamroller in the other direction the moment a European looked at us funny.

A, mostly because releasing Prussia would make North Germany look really weird. Better to just take their guns and let their own population handle the rest.
