NEON is supposed to be making an announcement tonight at 10pm, i'm assuming it'll either be another festival style or just one big weekend show. http://neonri.com/ edit: Another 3 Day Festival, the first one had a bunch of great artists (Waveshaper, Mecha Maiko, Tonebox to name few) so if you're in the New England area mark this on your calendars and keep an eye out for artists getting on board.
