The 'invisible' one for wrapping gifts, but it depends what you need it for, it doesn't have that much strength for packages.

Scotch is too expensive. Get yourself some cheap bourbon instead. Try Senators Club.

You see the double sided stuff and think to yourself "hey I could use that" but the single sided stuff is less annoying and works for just about anything. So yeah classic is best.

My favorites without breaking the bank are Highland Park 12, Balvenie Doublewood, and for something a bit different Talisker 10 which has a nice peppery taste to it. Can't really go wrong with one of these.

Packing tape is another one you can never have too much of imo

Sometimes it's tough to find the edge to get it started though

My friend let me try some of his scotch once and I was like drat that's some rough stuff and he then informed me that it was apparently the girliest scotch he knew of.

Drink manly scotch op and don't be like me.

laphroaig (laphroyg) is my scotch of choice, but beware, islay scotches are a very particular flavor: peaty. if you do not like the taste of burnt soil and aluminum, you may not like islay scotches.

I dunno, I had a Lagavulin once and it was way too smoky in flavor. Maybe it was just that bottle.
