I'm a few episodes into season two and I haven't read the thread because spoilers. At the point I'm at the plot revolves around campaign contributions and I'm having a hard time caring. Without going into plot details, does it get better? Is this show worth my time?

The senate scene was pretty awesome early on - pretty much the wet dream of anyone that posts regularly in D&D.

True story, the senate actually has that sort of power and it happened in the late 80s.

The one where they physically dragged in Senators to get a quorum? I thought that was awesome too. :D

I only just discovered this series, is the s1 thread still on the forums (not in archive)? I'd like to read along

You won't be able to "read along" unless you like spoilers.

E: this is what I get for not refreshing before posting :(

I finished watching S2. It was a lot better once I decided to fast forward through the boring parts. And the thread thing is something we all discussed in S1. I was on the side of a schedule of some sort but the decision made was no spoilers. It's a bit less fun but the size of this thread shows that people will still find things to talk about so I suppose it's not a big deal.
