Yeah, it's a pretty good deal. Also, he's a significantly better player than D'Qwell Jackson was against the pass (in that he can defend the pass), so he'd be a good sign at any price. In other news, the Browns do not need another defensive end what the hell why would we sign Tyson Jackson
